Put a catheter into my dick and wearing the chastity cage making it impossible to remove. Wanted to keep it inside for some time so i secured the keys at a safe spot.

That doesn't "secure" the catheter; just cut off the balloon-filling port, the balloon deflates, and the catheter comes right out. It was also a very risky insertion, with no sterile procedure.
